I am amused that the wording of the last line is similar to my own, but on the whole, good on them. Thank you.

Excellent. Not bad for an unbalanced hysteric who gives all women a bad name.

Hee! And it’s the same GM writing you, as with the first letter! Phil’s probably sitting there going, “GOD, THAT WOMAN! WITH THE BOOBS!”

Hah, the first time I read this entry last night, I saw Ms. “Myname” and pronounced it My-Na-Mee, and convinced myself that it was your last name. It must have been the one glass of wine and the exhaustion.

Now, see, that’s how to apologize properly. No weasel words. Nicely done, Phil.
Yay, to you Casey, for pursuing it further!

Haha…I thought you’d changed your last name. Good for you for speaking up, I’m glad he learned something from your last letter. I wonder if you would have gotten a response from him at all, had you not forwarded your response to others.

Hi. I’ve been following your story since Stacie put it up on her Twinkies site. Good on on you for following through with this. I’m thrilled to see you’ve finally gotten a real apology.
